Who Are We
Dynacom IT Support was started in 2003 to offer excellent service specialising in ad-hoc contracts and bespoke service. In 2013 Dynacom purchased Gravity Consultancy, doubling our client base, most of whom are still with us. As a result of this merger Russell Thickings joined the company, then in 2017 Morgan Salmon joined us as a Junior Technician.

Our History
Dynacom IT Support Ltd was founded in 2003 to offer expert support and solutions for business and domestic IT.
We have worked hard to build our excellent reputation and are proud that we have not simply survived, but grown in a highly competitive market place. Our reputation is for high level of service with a personal approach which has secured excellent, long standing client relationships.
Our Team
Simon Beckett
Simon Beckett is both senior engineer and managing director of Dynacom IT Support Ltd. He is degree qualified with more than 20 years experience in information technology. As a Microsoft Certified System Engineer his knowledge is the foundation for our excellent service. It is in our interest to know all of the latest developments and have qualifications that are up to date
Russell Thickings
Russell Thickings is a Senior Engineer at Dynacom IT Support Limited. He is degree qualified with more than 30 years experience in IT, covering financial and manufacturing industries. Being a Microsoft Certified System Engineer his expertise helps build a solid base from which our team is able to provide a first class service. Russell continues to expand this knowledge with interests in Linux and Virtualisation, providing Dynacom and its clients an invaluable advantage.
Morgan Salmon
Morgan Salmon is an Apprentice engineer at Dynacom IT Support Limited and the newest edition to the team. He is currently working towards his NVQ Level 4 Network Engineer qualification at QA and is preparing to be a qualified engineer in the future. As well as doing his qualification, Morgan enjoys practicing in other areas of IT and computing such as graphics design and website development.
